For two days we paid PKR 10,300. Breakfast is available separately and isn’t included in the room price. The room was spacious for the budget, and the staff were friendly. The construction and furniture are old, and the bathroom was just okay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I spent 2 nights and paid Rs. 9500 for a room with a double bed and a single bed, which was a little bigger than I needed. The rooms aren’t high class, but they’re decent for the price. A smaller room could have cost less.

The green trees gave the place a fresh look, and the room itself was spacious, neat, and airy. The toilet and washroom tap didn’t work properly, though, and the water came out very slowly. The poor water supply left us uncomfortable and irritated. The rest was satisfactory, but sehri and iftari were only just about adequate.

The night was uncomfortable, and the room had plenty of problems: the AC was old, spat water, and barely cooled the room; the door knob took several tries to work; and the washroom was in bad shape, with no soap, towel, or other basics. The room itself looked very old, with dirt marks on the doors. The bigger issue started when we arrived. Usama had quoted 6,500 for a luxury room with AC and breakfast, then agreed to 5,000 on the phone. When we got there, he denied the conversation, even after I played the call recording, and insisted the price was 6,500. He was rude and said the recording wasn't real. There wasn't a sunrise or sunset view either, though that felt like a small issue compared with the rest. We stayed the night anyway. In the morning we ordered the complimentary omelette, paratha, and tea, but at checkout he had added breakfast to the bill. He again denied having promised it. After a long, heated argument, we paid and left. If you're thinking of staying here, please don't.
