I stayed for 3 days, and the staff were super friendly. They even let me stay past my time because my flight left a little late. Room service and manners were exceptional. The location is perfect and secure, everything is within walking distance, and the roads are easy to remember. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Islamabad.

Extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with family. The rooms were so small that a mattress could barely fit, and the old mattresses smelled bad, not even fit to give to servants. Three of the four rooms had an odor, and none of the rooms had Cable TV working properly. The house seemed old and renovated, and there were cockroaches and termites in the cupboards. They served tap water in unsealed bottles as mineral water, at double the price, without telling customers beforehand. There were also missed commitments about the rooms and mattresses, and breakfast was overcharged.

The mattresses they provided were fit for the garbage, and the ACs didn't work properly or run on the generator. One staff member admitted that the unsealed bottled water they'd served was filled with tap water. Their website said breakfast was included in the room price, but at checkout they charged 400/ person for it.

Wonderful hotel, good quality.
