My room and the washroom weren’t clean, and the sheets were covered in hairs. They changed them when I asked, but the replacement sheets still had hairs on them. The explanation was that the dry cleaner was responsible and they couldn’t do anything about it. I only stayed one night, and the place looked deserted. The pictures on its Google Maps page didn’t match what I saw. If you’re travelling with family, I’d suggest skipping it.

The room was so damp that it caused me severe breathing problems, and I have asthma. There were also exposed, live electrical wires in the washroom close to the shower, which seemed extremely dangerous. I took pictures of the damp patches and wires for reference. We’d booked for seven people, five adults and two children, but staff first tried to give us one bed. After two hours of arguing, they provided two beds. I then had to travel to the other side of Islamabad to find sleeping space for three of our guests. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The atmosphere is lovely, and the location is great. Rooms are big and spacious, and the staff are really friendly. I’d recommend it for a solo or family trip.
