The rooftop view made the breakfast even nicer. Our room at Grand Hotel Islamabad was spacious, with a big, comfortable bed that was just right after a long day of travel. We arrived late at night before our flight to Skardu, and the stay gave us a chance to relax and recharge.

Nobody helped with our luggage, and the guest servers were sour-faced. There was no courtesy or manners, and the service was poor. The lift wasn't working either. The staff were rude, especially musawar: he told me a rule, repeated it, then called again while I was resting in my room. He made me feel really guilty. Lol.

The room was cozy and clean. Breakfast didn't have much variety: bread, jam, butter, boiled eggs, omelette, fruits, juice, coffee, and chaii.

My father was very happy with his stay at the Grand Islamabad Hotel. He appreciated the whole team, especially Mr.TANVIR. The environment was clean, comfortable, and well managed, and the staff treated him with warmth and professionalism throughout. The service was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Islamabad.

The hotel's location made it convenient to explore Islamabad and reach major landmarks. We found the staff attentive and friendly, and they went out of their way to help. Dining was excellent, with tasty local and international options. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well appointed, with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. Grand Hotel Islamabad has elegant decor and warm hospitality, making for a comfortable and memorable stay. We highly recommend it.
