Hazelton Hotel

I felt safe and relaxed throughout my first stay at Hazelton hotel, which lasted 7 days. My room, number 312, was neat and comfortable, with a great view from the window. The service was extraordinary, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner had a good variety, and the very kind manager made me feel welcome. Thank you 😊

The breakfast buffet had a delicious spread with lots of options, and the staff paid real attention to making the stay special. They were warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me comfortable. My spacious, clean room had all the amenities I needed, and the location was perfect for getting to local attractions.

The accommodation was lovely, but late at night children from other rooms were running around and making noise. Even after midnight, management said they couldn’t tell the other guests to control their kids. Basic things like toilet paper were missing, too. Management needs to stay at a good quality hotel to understand what good service is.

The prices seemed fair, and I’d consider coming back. We stayed one night with family, and it was pleasant. Our room was neat and clean, air conditioned, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
