The rooms were uncomfortable and poorly maintained, with flimsy blankets that were no use at night. Washrooms were in terrible shape, with only water and none of the basic toiletries or proper supplies. You even have to buy your own toilet paper. They added lots of extra hidden charges at the end, which felt like a scam. The staff were rude and extremely unprofessional, with no sense of hospitality or customer service. Prices were ridiculously high for such poor service. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I'd never recommend it and strongly advise others to stay away unless they want to waste their money and ruin their stay....... Thanks🙏

No geyser even in November, so we had to heat water with dangerous electric rods. The rooms and washrooms were very dirty, the beds were in bad shape, and the staff weren't cooperative at all. A very bad experience, and I'm totally disappointed.

I paid the full amount in advance for a one-night stay plus a few extra hours last month. Their own food service wasn't available, including the complimentary breakfast, so I had to go outside to get food. Each time I did, I was followed and questioned about where I was going and why. That made me extremely uncomfortable and was completely inappropriate. I asked for a discount because my stay only went a little beyond one day, but the staff rudely refused to consider it.

The place wasn't managed well, especially the washrooms. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained and unclean, too.
