Hotel Faran

We stayed in an Executive room with a fridge, sofa, AC, and lots of closet space. Our refrigerator didn't work, so they brought another one and swapped them out. The room included both western and in-ground toilets, a shower, and slippers. Room service was available, and the food was good. Very nice hotel, with discounts for longer stays. Definitely recommend it.

At Faran Hotel, staff were always shouting and acted very unprofessionally. They kept asking for more money, and it felt like they just wanted to rob you. The place was dirty and extremely noisy, with no rules at all. Terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The owner isn't honest and scams tourists. I arrived exhausted and accepted a room at double the price without realizing it because I was so tired. After waking up and checking the prices, I asked for a refund, but he refused and kept making up arguments. This was my first night in Pakistan and my last in Islamabad. I won't come back to this city.

The location isn't good, with a busy area and mechanic shops nearby. The cupboards were broken, and the reception staff weren't friendly. Still, it was low cost, the bathrooms and room were clean, and there were water dispensers on every floor. The double bed had a queen-sized bed on it. They also serve food, and breakfast was fine and tasty. We asked for room cleaning, and the staff took care of it.
