The room looked spacious and seemed like it would suit our family, but the heavy rain exposed a serious leak. Water spread across the floor, leaving us struggling and feeling helpless. It could be an okay place to stay in dry weather, but I wouldn't choose it during the rainy season unless the leakage is fixed.

You have to give stars here, but I'd give this place zero. The service was clumsy and we kept getting misleading information. I felt so ashamed after recommending Metro hotel to my friend and his family. There was no geyser or hot water, and not even water in the washroom. They brought water in buckets, and springs were sticking out of the mattress. I'd strongly discourage anyone from choosing it.

Whenever I'm in Islamabad, this is the only hotel I choose. I know the people there, and they're friendly, the service is remarkable, and the rates are reasonable and negotiable. The rooms could use a bit more servicing, but otherwise I have no complaints.

The staff were quite nice, which is the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars. I came with my family, but we only lasted a few hours. There was no ventilation, the sheets looked unchanged, old underwear was lying on the window sill, and there was a nasty clump of hair by the bathroom lock. It was a really upsetting stay.
