F-6 Markaz is right across the road from Hotel One Super, F-6 Islamabad, which made the location especially convenient. I stayed for two days. The hotel itself is clean, nice, and cosy, with friendly, helpful staff and the basic decent amenities. The complimentary breakfast was simple but satisfactory. Rates seemed a little high compared with other Hotel One branches in Lahore and other cities, though the stay was comfortable, mainly thanks to the location.

I spent two weeks here on an official trip, and the whole experience was excellent. The room and service were both up to the mark. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Shahzad and the entire staff for making my stay so nice.

The guest was kept waiting for an hour after checkout and still charged half a day's rate because the next date had started. That rigid, profit-driven response, with no courtesy or professionalism, was especially disappointing for a booking made for a highly respectable guest. The poor service had started earlier: although the nightly rate was high, even laundry, ironing, water bottles, and luggage handling cost extra. The iron was rusty and damaged clothes. Breakfast was stale, limited, unpleasant, and unhygienic, with no staff attending during an already short breakfast period. The general atmosphere, staff response, and service were far below an acceptable standard. I was deeply disappointed.

For under Rs 18k a night, we got a family room with one mattress and complimentary breakfast for four. The breakfast selection was quite decent, and F 6 markaz is just across the road. A very budget-friendly hotel.
