Housekeeping kept the room exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well prepared, and maintenance responded quickly to make sure everything worked perfectly. The Food & Beverage options were delicious and well presented, with attentive service. From arrival to departure, the front desk team was warm, professional, and efficient. Concierge and guest services were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Management’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed felt like a cloud, and the view from my window was breathtaking. Details like the soft lighting and modern amenities made the room feel relaxing. The hotel facilities were impressive too. At best western hotel, I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. The staff were attentive and warm, and check-in was quick and easy. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality really lifted the whole stay. Highly recommend.

The buffet breakfast had a good variety, and room service tasted great. My room was well maintained, in a clean, quiet environment. It had a shaving kit, dental kit, and comb already placed there. The bathroom had space for a luxury feature, and hot water was available all the time. Comfortable night, kind staff. I’ll come back.

I spent three nights here and found it a smooth, relaxing stay. The food was good, especially the dinner menu, and the service team responded quickly whenever I made a request. My room was quiet, well kept, and smelled fresh. Comfortable stay at a luxury hotel in Bahria Town Rawalpindi.
