We arrived at the Oriel Hotel at 7:00 AM on Saturday, new to Islamabad and not familiar with the usual check-in rules. We told the receptionist we wanted the room until Sunday afternoon and specifically asked about the cost. He assured us it would be just ONE day, so we left our luggage, went for breakfast, and returned to sleep. At 2:00 PM, the manager came by and told us to check out right away. He wouldn’t listen when we explained what his receptionist had agreed to, and he was rude and disrespectful. To avoid being thrown out and save time, I had to negotiate. We ended up paying another 75% of the daily rate to keep the room we’d already been promised.

I stayed at hotel oriel Islamabad with my family this weekend. The place felt fresh, clean, and luxurious, and everything was excellent. The mattress and pillows were good quality, and the AC worked very well. Special thanks to manager Ahmad abbasi Sahab for giving us a very reasonable price. See you on our next visit, inshaAllah.

The open rooftop has an amazing view of the Islamabad mountains, and the hotel is close to sirinagar highway and the nearby visiting points. The WiFi is fast, and parking is free and safe. We had a great stay at hotel oriel islamabad, with cooperative, friendly staff. Receptionist ibrar sb was especially helpful whenever we had a question. The facilities were excellent, and I’d highly recommend it for families.

The location is convenient, near sarinagar highway and easy for reaching Islamabad’s visiting places. Restaurants are right nearby, and the facilities are at your doorstep. Our room was clean, staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the price was very reasonable compared with other Islamabad hotels. We didn’t get charged extra for room service. It felt like a home away from home, and the place seems especially suitable for families. Many thanks to owner Ahmed Abbasi and the hotel oriel staff.
