The calm, clean environment made Capetown Guest House a great place to stay in Islamabad with friends. I found it on booking.com, and the staff were incredibly cooperative. Imran Bhai especially went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. I’d highly recommend it for a trip with family or friends. 100% recommended.

For three nights with my family, we had a calm, welcoming stay. The staff were attentive and the service was excellent. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone after a peaceful family getaway.

The lawn is attractive and nicely arranged, and the location is very good. But the inside of the villa was a letdown. There were water drain marks all over the room, and it didn't feel like a guest house. The Booking.com photos looked old, too. I booked through Booking.com but decided not to check in because of the condition of the building and rooms. If they renovated, I think they could attract many more customers. Location: 8/10 Outside lawn: 8/10 Inside villa: 3/10

The garden gave us a peaceful place for breakfast and tea, with labeled exotic plants and plenty of birds. One crane even likes to beg for paratha! We were in F7, close to shops and restaurants, with parks and green spaces a short walk in the other direction. We ended up staying a long time because of a medical emergency, and Cape Town Guest House felt like a haven. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. What made the stay most special was the warm welcome. Thanks to the owner, Imran, the other staff, and the guests we met for being so kind and helpful and for sharing good conversations. We hope to return.
