The service has been top-notch, and so far I’ve had a good experience. But for the price, I expected stain-free sheets. They need to put more effort into cleaning the bedding.

The rooms were clean and the ACs worked well. The washrooms were in good condition and clean, though a bit small. Staff were polite and cooperative, and the reception is quite spacious. I stayed three days at this hotel on main IJP road, now Col Sher Khan road. The entrance is beautiful, but parking can be a problem. IJP metro station is about 400 meter away, with service toward saddar Rawalpindi and the other way to blue area and Secretariat Islamabad. The standard metro fare is RS.30. There are cafes, tea houses, restaurants, and shops nearby, and the location near double road makes this a good choice when visiting Islamabad. One thing to keep in mind: a road signal a few mteres away gets very crowded during morning and evening office hours, with long ques of vehicles.
The service was better, I got what I needed, and the food was OK. It’s an adequate place for a night, not the worst, but for the price I paid I expected much better cleaning. The sheets might have been clean, but they had stains. The floor seemed lightly brushed instead of deep cleaned.
Hunted Hotel: I spent one night there alone and felt a paranormal presence. Around 3am, someone knocked loudly, but when I opened the door nobody was there. By 4 pm I was experiencing sleep paralysis, and left the room at 5am early in the morning.
The location is convenient for both Islamabad and Rawalpindi. There’s warm water in winter, free car parking, and they let our driver stay for free. The staff were good, and the rooms and bathrooms were OK, though the bathrooms weren’t very clean or tidy. We were there three nights with family. The metro station isn’t very near, and walking there takes a while. They said breakfast could be served whenever we wanted, but we had to wait for the chef. We ordered a simple breakfast at 08 am and it arrived at 09 am, which disrupted our plans for the day. It might work for one person, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families as there’s a lot to improve.
