There's no privacy, and the surroundings are really disruptive. There isn't any heating either. The comments claiming this is a food place are completely fake, trust me. It's not a registered rest house and needs improvement. Thanks.

The rooms, carpets, washrooms, cleaning, and other facilities were all poor, so I left very dissatisfied. I visited this guest house for the first time and felt they were treating people and families badly. Please don't waste your time coming here. If you won't renovate it, close it and rest at home.

My family and I stayed for a week, and the family-friendly atmosphere was really supportive. The rooms were very clean, with housekeeping every 12 hours, and the staff were great and cooperative. Thanks so much, new city lodges.

My wife and I stopped here before a flight abroad, and I wouldn't recommend this place to families at all. There was no backup electricity, and the AC didn't work even when power was on. Hygiene was poor, and it looked like it had been rented out to Charahas. When we confronted them, they refused to refund us. I had to argue with them before I could leave for youth hostel Islamabad. This is neither a proper guest house nor somewhere to visit with family.

We booked that hotel through booking.com, but when we arrived they refused the reservation and wouldn't let us enter. The service was bad overall.
