The rooms smelled unpleasant, and hygiene didn't seem to matter much, which made the stay uncomfortable and stressful. Staff were rude and unprofessional. They took simple concerns personally instead of handling them maturely, and basic hospitality manners were lacking. The manager was rude and uncooperative too, making things worse instead of sorting out issues. I wouldn't recommend Nuva Hotel for a comfortable, respectful stay. They need serious improvement in staff training, cleanliness, and customer service.

I had to book a room at the last minute for some guests, and Nuva Hotel exceeded my expectations. The team was attentive, accommodating, and professional throughout, and the tea was genuinely amazing. They also arranged car rentals at very reasonable prices, which made the stay more convenient. Bilal Hussain (PDO) deserves special mention for handling all our needs thoughtfully and smoothly. Waitstaff Kamran and Ali provided consistently excellent service, and General Manager Mohammed Miraj Fazil clearly sets a high standard for the team. Whether booking ahead or at the last minute, the hotel offers reliable, quality service with a personal touch. Highly recommended for visitors to Islamabad.

The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the service was prompt and professional. The atmosphere felt safe and welcoming, while the clean, modern rooms were comfortable and detailed with care. Nuva Hotel is right by Gate 4 in Sector F, DHA Phase 2, a handy location for both short and long stays. It offers good value whether you're in Islamabad for business or leisure. Highly recommended! 👌
