The Second Cup Coffee shop was spotless, the coffee was great, and the staff were really friendly. The hotel itself was a different story. The bedroom fan didn’t work, the lamp had no bulb, shower water took 30 minutes to drain, and there was no Wi-Fi reception in the bedroom. The managers said I could use the connection in reception. Staff kept saying food would take 15 minutes, then 30, and it arrived about 45 minutes later, apparently with an eye on a tip. The staff assured me everything was fine, but nothing seemed to work. Avoid this place. There should be better options nearby.

I booked and paid in advance through Expedia, as I usually do, but the hotel staff seemed unaware of their online listing. It was nighttime, and the place was dirty and poorly kept, though they tried to clean it up. I left my guest there and went away. At 2 am, I got a call saying payment hadn’t been made because the Expedia account was under the name of a former manager. I told them to sort it out at checkout. In the end, they charged again at the hotel. If zero stars were an option, I’d give that. Don’t waste your time here.

A total waste of money. The rooms and walls were awful, there was no hot water, and the place smelled horrible. The cupboard was broken, and the staff were no help at all.

The place was filthy, and the food was terrible. It took them 50 minutes to serve it, too. This was an awful experience, please don’t waste your time or money here.

Good value and a nice hotel, with staff who were very supportive. They could improve the quality a little.
