The location made it easy to get to the main sights around Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Taxila, and the property felt international in standard. We got more attentive service here than at the other four- and five-star hotels we stayed in on our Pakistan trip, including Avari and Movenpick. Housekeeping was spot on with cleanliness and would be at our door within seconds whenever we asked for something. This boutique hotel lives up to its positive ratings. I’d strongly recommend it if you want a more personal, intimate stay than the larger luxury hotels in Pakistan.

The staff were lovely and laid-back, and the place was clean. My room was really comfortable too. The bed was great, the sheets were soft, the WiFi was quick, and I was glad to have good mirrors for outfit checks. Blue Area was handy, close to everything, but the hotel itself felt like a quiet little bubble with no loud street noise keeping me awake. Definitely a place I’d save for another trip. The Loafology Cafe downstairs was a treat. I had a fresh salad bowl with the window view and a smoothie, which hit the spot after a long stretch of travel. The food was delicious, and that natural light was perfect for pictures. I loved the look of the lobby, especially the marble coffee table with the chic books, including Wallpaper and a Salvador Dalí one. It has this old-money, artsy minimalist feel. The patterned chairs and big old-school painting in the seating area made it feel cozy with a little bit of fancy. I took loads of photos. I’d seen the Google reviews and thought they might be cap, but I get it now. This place has such a vibe, with more personality than a basic hotel. I’m thinking about coming back once my bank account recovers. Worth every penny, and I’d tell anyone visiting Islamabad to check it out.

We returned for a second visit because this small boutique hotel was comfortable and well located, an easy walk from local shops and Centaurus Mall. The front desk team were friendly and professional, and kept checking that all was going smoothly. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with nicely set-up beds and good attention to detail. Mini cupcakes left in the room were a lovely personal welcome. On our first visit, we had an early flight and appreciated the packed breakfast the hotel arranged for us. The second time, we tried breakfast at the restaurant. It was supposed to open at 6:30 am, but the staff still weren't ready to take orders at 6:40. Once it arrived, though, the scrambled eggs, toast, and coffee were delicious and worth that brief wait. Since it’s à la carte, allow at least 20 minutes for preparation. The shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. One design detail felt odd: the privacy curtain between the bedroom and bathroom was placed in the room rather than inside the bathroom. That could be improved. With a bit more readiness at breakfast and a rethink of that bathroom layout, this already well-run hotel could feel even more polished.

We stayed three nights and really didn't want to go. The rooms were roomy, the bathrooms were lovely, and the showers had great pressure. Everything was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. I'd definitely recommend it.

Parking is the main drawback at 108 Hotel. There's not much space, and it gets congested fast. The reception is also quite small, with little room to sit or have a meeting, though it was fine for my brief visit to meet some guests. It's easy to get to, the staff were polite and cooperative, and everything felt clean and well cared for. Fine for a quick meet-up or short stay, as long as you keep the parking and compact reception in mind.
