The sofa armrest had dirt spots and needs a proper cleaning. Ground-floor rooms have issues with internet and mobile signal, and although the LCD is Android, it still won't connect to the internet. The room needs proper maintenance, especially the washroom.

The breakfast buffet is very good and has lots of variety. Room 101, though, gets frequent grinding noise because it's beside the laundry. The laundry equipment isn't maintained, so it makes a lot of noise in nearby rooms.

The rooms are clean and good, and laundry was complimentary, but no fruit basket was provided. They should put toothpaste in the washroom and add a shoe shiner at the hotel. Breakfast could be better.
