My family and I had a wonderful ten-night stay at Hamsun Hotel. The staff made us feel valued and looked after throughout, especially Onn and Madiha and the rest of the front desk team. They were welcoming, friendly, professional, and kind, and helped arrange an In drive taxi every day. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety each morning, including a desi (Pakistani) option. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location and facilities made everything convenient and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Hamsun Hotel to anyone visiting Karachi, and would definitely stay there again.

That rough stay at a local guesthouse beforehand made the difference here pretty striking. We were in Karachi from the UK for a wedding, three of us as a family, and this place was a hidden gem. Aroma Travel Service had recommended it to us. The staff were attentive, polite, professional, and easy to communicate with, and the setting was calm and quiet. Breakfast had good options and was easy to order over WhatsApp. The amenities were excellent too. We arranged both an airport drop-off and a car with driver through the hotel. The one small drawback was some wear on the furniture and in the rooms and bathroom. It wasn't a big problem, but fixing it would make the place an even stronger recommendation. We’d happily come back and recommend it to international visitors. Looking forward to hearing about the new hotel opening soon. Keep it up.

The café was a lovely bonus, with coffee, tea, croissants, and more. They also helped arrange our transport smoothly, and the hotel’s peaceful, secure atmosphere and Karachi location made getting around convenient. I’ve stayed at Hamsun Suites before and brought my sister this time. She enjoyed it just as much as I did. The staff welcomed us warmly, treated us with respect, and were friendly, funny, and approachable while still being professional. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully they looked after female guests, which made us feel safe and welcome. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely designed, with attention to detail. The food was fresh and delicious, and they even handled our last-minute sehri requests without hesitation. Washing, steaming, and ironing services were handy too. I’ll keep coming back and referring people. Highly recommended for comfort, safety, and hospitality.

Tariq Road is nearby for shopping, and Clifton’s cafés and hangout spots are easy to reach too, so the location works really well. I’ve stayed at Hamsun three times already and am hoping to make it four. For the price, it’s well worth trying instead of spending time looking elsewhere. The service is what keeps standing out: helpful, friendly staff, daily breakfast, and security handled with real care and professionalism. Hamsun keeps doing better. Wishing you all the best!
