The location is excellent, and the staff are courteous and always ready to go the extra mile. The facility does need maintenance and cleaning.

I stayed here in 2022 during the flooding and rainy season, and the staff and management were cooperative and nice. Even with heavy wapda load shedings, they readily turned on the power generators. Breakfast was complimentary. Parking space was a bit of an issue, but the overall experience was great, and Yasir sab is especially nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, and it’s kids friendly.

The manager, Yasir, treated me disrespectfully and didn’t give me a room when I arrived. I had already rebooked two days earlier, after staying two nights before that, and was told everything would be improved on my next visit. That didn’t happen. My earlier stay had no Wifi, poor Complimentry breakfast, poor service, and extremely disappointing management behavior. I’m a responsible high grade Officer and manage a Provincial level department, so this kind of mismanagement is intolerable, and I can’t appreciate a business run this way. I travel all over the world, including the USA, Canada, and Europe, but this was my worst experience with this Hira GH.

We stayed at Hira Guest house in karachi as a family for our fourth vaccination. The atmosphere is perfect for families, and the rooms are spacious and clean. All the staff were very polite and decent, especially yasir sahab and Rashid sahab. We were very pleased with our stay.
