The location made it easy to get to nearby places, and the hotel felt welcoming and relaxing. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were courteous and ready to help, and service was prompt. I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.

The beds are worn out, with hard mattresses and pillows, and the bathrooms need a proper clean. The TV should be replaced, the WiFi needs improvement, and the place needs an upgrade overall. Most things have seen a lot of use and are broken down.

The owner was amazing and kind when I met him. The staff were polite and well educated, and the room was spacious, very clean, and had chilled AC. I’d give the place 100%.

The caretaker guy was good, but the washrooms were extremely small. The linen and pillows were dirty, and the spring mattresses were uncomfortable.

A nice place to stay, with a good base for getting around Karachi. Just keep the market value in mind.
