When I booked through Agoda, breakfast was listed as included, but on arrival they said their system showed no meals included. They also offered me a non-AC room, though Agoda hadn't mentioned anything about AC. This was a disgusting and unprofessional way to treat customers.

The location near the port could work well for people passing through, but the amenities were poor. Sometimes there was no bathroom water, not even hot water, and there wasn't a plug for charging my phone. I asked three times for two clean sheets and finally received just one.

A simple place for a short stay, with a friendly reception. The room was clean and had a nice ceiling light effect, and the washroom was spacious and clean. They responded quickly to requests, questions, and complaints.

At first they said everything was fine, but then the AC and LED weren't working, and the staff wouldn't listen to me. In the end they said, “ada jo.hai yehi hy”.
