My stay was awful. The person at reception was overly clever and behaved badly, then charged me extra money. Don't ever book this hotel.

I had a really comfortable stay at Elet Business Hotel. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with the amenities I'd expect from a good business hotel. The location made it easy to get to both work and leisure spots around the city. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good range. I'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone in the area.

We checked out early because the experience was so bad, but the hotel refused to refund our money. The staff were arrogant and unprofessional, and management's attitude made everything worse. Service overall was very poor. I strongly wouldn't recommend Elet Hotel to anyone looking for basic respect and proper service.

For four days, it felt like I was staying at home. The staff were incredibly caring, and the hotel was very clean and in a good location. The price was reasonable too. I can hardly believe a hotel can have staff this good. I'd tell anyone heading to Karachi to stay at The Elet Hotel. Highly recommended.
