Zifan Hotel & Suites

The rooms were clean, the washrooms worked well, and the AC, TV, and other appliances were all functioning. Room service is available around the clock, and the staff were helpful. It’s a great option for this price, especially given its ideal Karachi location. The rooms could be a little bigger, but I have no real complaint.

The location felt safe, but the rooms were barely livable. There was so much dust on the old, dusty sheets and around the room that we could hardly breathe. I wasn’t expecting much, but a room should at least be clean enough to stay in.

The games, gym, and breakfast and dinner were good. It was the best experience of my life, and the staff were very polite too. 🤠

Cockroaches were in both the room and bathroom, and the employees were slow to respond. I came from the USA to Karachi for a trip, and a friend had booked this hotel for me. My daughter had given me two gold chains to have repaired, and my mother had given me a gold ring to take as a gift to someone in Lahore. I kept them in an inner pocket of my hand carry and locked it with a combination lock whenever I left the room. But when I got to Lahore, they were gone from the bag. A very bad experience.
