Miss Zeenat and Mr. Muzammil were especially kind and helpful, and made us feel like family. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel itself had a welcoming, cozy feel. Its peaceful location near the Daewoo stop at Thokar Niaz Baig was easy to reach. I had a lovely stay at the 12th Avenue Hotel, Lahore.

Mr Shahzeb and the rest of the team were helpful. Getting around was easy since the hotel is right beside daewoo thokar stop, with orange line metro thokar stop within walking distance. My room was huge, with plenty of space to pray or do a quick workout, and the internet was commendable. I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it.

Breakfast was fresh and good each morning, and the location felt peaceful while still being close to what I needed. I spent three nights at Hotel 12th Avenue in Lahore. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and Shahzaib, Nadeem and Zeenat were polite and always happy to help. I really enjoyed the stay and would choose 12th Avenue again next time I'm in Lahore.

The location was good and the general atmosphere was pleasant, but the rooms had damp patches and a strange smell. The place needs renovation. It didn't feel like what I'd expect from a hotel rated above 8 on Booking.com. Looking later, I noticed most of the reviews with 10 ratings were old, which made it seem like the quality had declined over time.

Don't be taken in by the online photos and paid videos. This was a terrible stay, and I especially wouldn't bring family here. There was no heater in the cold weather and no room phone to call for service. The room was missing basics like a side table, bin, and tissues; one had no window curtains, not even in the bathroom. They didn't provide service or follow through on commitments. Absolutely not recommended.
