Al Rehman Palace 1

The location was the best part for me. It felt like the hotel was right in the center of Lahore, with everything nearby. The staff were kind, nice, and always available, and housekeeping was exceptionally efficient. I had an excellent visit to Hotel White Season and would recommend staying here.

Mr Tauseef FDO was caring and supportive while arranging our company's meeting event, and Mr Waseem and the f&b team looked after us very well. The staff were professional, and staying at hotel white season was a nice experience.

The staff were courteous, and the hotel looked nice, but cleanliness was horrible. The bedsheets, pillows, towels, and other fabric covered areas were stained, including with blood, and ripped. There were cobwebs in the room too. Management should replace the bed linen and other fabrics. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and the AC either didn't work or was disconnected somewhere hidden. There was no switch in the room, and the fan alone couldn't clear the stuffiness, so we sweated through the night. For the price, we didn't get the comfort we expected and were relieved to leave.

It was a very good stay, with a friendly, cooperative atmosphere for families. If you're staying in Lahore without any companionship, you should go and enjoy the exotic dinner and buffet in future too.
