Crown Plaza Lahore

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and we were pleased with the room service we ordered twice. The food was delicious, and the amenities were great. It's a huge hotel with beautifully appointed rooms, in an excellent location close to the Airport. We had a very good stay at this 4 star hotel and strongly recommend it.

The electricity shut off throughout the building five times a day, for about five minutes each time. The shower stayed freezing cold even after they said they'd fixed it, and the bathrooms need a major overhaul. Rooms were mediocre at best. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and stared at us while we checked in as if I shouldn't be there. I was treated with zero respect, then reception had the audacity to ask me for a 5 star review. They should earn good reviews through customer service instead of asking for them, and continually asking customers for reviews is against Google policy. For what I paid, I've stayed in much nicer hotels. There are many better options in this price range that know how to treat customers. I honestly don't know how this place got 4 stars.

I came with my family and was astonished by the dirt and mismanagement. The washrooms were dirty, and there was no glass or water. The mini bar was empty, and there were no charging sockets. Even the staff didn't know whether there was an electric socket. A very bad experience. Not recommended for anyone who values hygiene and comfort.

Facilities are lacking, while food costs a lot compared with its quality and the hotel's general standard. The accommodation and food were both average, though cleanliness was somewhat better. Considering the room rent isn't that high, it was an average experience.
