Four Points by Sheraton Lahore

The staff made my four-night stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Lahore especially pleasant. They were friendly, professional, and fantastic throughout, and the spacious, clean, well-kept room was a peaceful place to come back to. The hotel’s central spot on Egerton Road also made it easy to get to both historic parts of the city and its business areas. I ate every meal at Lahore Gates Cafe. Its mix of Pakistani flavors and modern touches was an enjoyable surprise. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious each morning, with local and international choices, and lunch and dinner had a similar range. The facilities were good and the hotel felt like solid value. The Wi-Fi was often slow and unstable, though, and some bathroom fixtures looked worn and due for upkeep. Even with those annoyances, I’d consider staying here again.

I had a lovely dinner at the Four Points by Sheraton Lahore with my whole family, and it made for a memorable time. The staff were fantastic, friendly, and professional, which really added to the evening. The blend of flavors was a pleasant surprise.

I’m a Bonvoy member and stayed four nights. They upgraded me to a good room, but when I arrived it was covered in dust. I got there late in the evening, and I’m sure there was enough time to clean it properly. You can see the condition in the attached photos and video. I asked housekeeping to clean the whole room, but it was still the same afterward. The lobby and restaurant teams provided good hospitality and service. At checkout, I reminded them about the room’s condition. This is a Marriott group hotel, and I’m one of their loyal members.

The place was clean and well managed, and I felt it offered good value for money. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the food was flavorful and high quality. Highly recommended for a visit with family or friends. Thank you ❤️
