Grand Palm Hotel

The bathroom water wouldn’t drain, leaving a constant puddle, and the whole hotel felt grimy and dusty. My bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were dirty and looked unchanged for days, and the room’s poor lighting made it feel dim. There weren’t enough slippers, and no drinking water was provided. Staff were indifferent to complaints and ignored even basic requests. Management seemed unprofessional, and the facilities were nowhere near acceptable. This was the worst experience of my life. Avoid this hotel if your time, money, and comfort matter.

People who come from other cities with a patient may need somewhere cheaper to stay. Since the hotel is near the renowned Hameed Lateef Hospital, management should consider that. I appreciate all its facilities.

Dinner at the revolving restaurant was disappointing: the taste was ordinary, the portions were very small, and I was still hungry afterward. We had booked three rooms, but two had bugs and only one was changed. There were no towels in the washroom, and the toilet seat was broken. This was one of my worst stays in Lahore and a total waste of money.

We were there from 21.12.24 to 22.12.24, and the whole experience was extremely poor. Breakfast was awful, everything tasted bad, and nothing stayed hot. The parathas and tea were cold. Customer service didn’t bother to address our concerns. Even after I complained several times, there was no room heater or hot water, so I had to shower in cold water. There was no electric kettle for tea, and when the electricity went off in the morning, no one came to help. They don’t seem to treat customers as human beings. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Very low-budget hotels can give far better service than this so-called four-star hotel in a main location.
