The warmth and efficiency of the staff made my stay smooth. They were cooperative from check-in onward and went out of their way whenever I needed help. I also appreciated the soundproofing, which helped me sleep well even in the city, and the rooms were well maintained. At its price, New Taj Palace Hotel in Lahore was a pleasant surprise: a comfortable, peaceful stay, with a convenient location for exploring Lahore. Good value and genuinely helpful service.

The room was quiet, and getting around from this location was easy. The staff were cooperative, and the owner was especially nice and helpful.

For a short, budget-friendly visit, Taj Palace Hotel is a simple enough option. The rooms are clean, with modest furnishings, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and attached bathrooms. It’s centrally placed for nearby markets and public transport, and the cooperative staff made check-in and the stay hassle-free. The amenities are basic, but the price is affordable.

At reception, the staff member was rude and disrespectful while we were negotiating. His manner came across as very arrogant.

It’s handy being in a central location, but the rooms feel cramped and could use their space better. Cleanliness and upkeep need attention too, including a deep clean of the bedding and linens. The bathrooms could do with a full renovation, and fresher decor, modern amenities, and better lighting in both rooms and hallways would improve the feel. A warmer lobby, more responsive service, and even a basic breakfast option would also make the stay better.
