I spent three nights in this apartment with a friend. The TV didn’t work, and neither did the Xbox, so the facilities didn’t justify the cost. We paid 36,000 for the apartment, another 3,000 for electricity, and 1,300 separately for gas. We were also charged 500 for water despite bringing our own. It wasn’t worth the price.

I liked the view, and the apartment felt comfortable. Making brewed coffee in the office space was a nice part of the stay.

Akhmad, the caretaker, managed things really well and accommodated my guests according to their needs. The apartment had all the basic amenities I could ask for. Highly recommended!
