The whole service experience was pathetic. Requests were answered slowly or ignored, and the front desk staff lacked basic customer service. The female staff member was dismissive and arrogant, and I found her manner unprofessional and rude. Her name was Siab. After we had finalized the price, she overcharged and scammed us by 6,000, then tried to do it again at checkout. She insisted on cash only, no card, so she could scam us without hotel management knowing. Staff at the front desk shouted and yelled at guests, showing no hospitality or training. This was one of my worst hotel stays, at Royaute Luxury Hotel, MM Alam Road, Lahore. The hotel's reputation is at stake if it hires people like this. I strongly discourage anyone from checking in. There are better options in Lahore with respectful service and real hospitality. Stay away. Your money and peace of mind deserve better.

I stayed at Royaute Luxury from 25 December to 2nd January 2026 and had a very pleasant time. The atmosphere was fantastic and relaxing, and the hotel was excellent. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout, with the washrooms kept exceptionally hygienic. Everything was superbly maintained. Staff were always helpful, polite, and professional. Fresh towels and toiletries, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, were provided daily. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend Royaute Luxury.

We spent 10 days here and had a nice time. The hotel was clean and calm, and the location was great. Breakfast was nice, and all the staff were alert and cooperative. Reception manager Sayab was especially helpful, hospitable, and professional. The other reception managers were caring and well mannered too. The hot water supply could use improvement. Even so, I'd recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The team's quick service, delicious meals, and nice attitude really impressed me. Staff were kind, supportive, cooperative, and ready to help, and the rooms were clean. It's a wonderful place to stay with excellent service. I'll confidently recommend it to my friends. In Lahore, this is now my first choice for future stays.

I've stayed here several times, and each visit has been excellent. The location works perfectly for me, with major brands and restaurants an easy walk away. Butler service is available too, and I've found it very convenient. On my recent visit I had an Executive Room booked, but Mr. Asjad kindly upgraded me to a Premium Room (G01), which even had a bathtub. That made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The location and hospitality keep this hotel at the top of my list, and I look forward to returning.
