They kept my security deposit and said there were “rose petal stains” on the bedsheet, charging me 5,000. That felt like an excuse to hold on to my money. The staff handled it unprofessionally, and the whole thing seemed poorly managed and lacking transparency. I'd warn future guests to be careful about booking here.

There was no hot water for two days, though the staff were helpful and could only do so much. During a three-day stay, they wanted 500 rupees to change a towel, which is a ridiculous policy. It's not about the 500 rupees, it's that they expected you to use the same towel for all three days. If you book here, check in and out every day if you want the room cleaned and fresh towels and sheets.

I've had a worse hotel stay than this nowhere. The room was uncomfortable, cleanliness was poor, and the service felt very unprofessional. I reported problems, but nobody resolved them. I regret choosing this place and would tell others to avoid it.

I've stayed here several times and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are good, the location is ideal, and the staff are cooperative. Very satisfied with their service, 10/10.
