10/10
I was impressed by the decor and ambiance, and found the rooms clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Check-in was smooth, and they offered a welcome drink. The staff looked professional and well-groomed, and they were helpful and positive throughout. BWP’s location was convenient, too. Compared with other Hotels, the room charges seemed quite reasonable for the facilities and service. My ratings: ambiance and décor 10/10, rooms 10/10, service 10/10, food 9/10, staff attitude 10/10, location 10/10, safety and security 9/10. I recently visited Multan and stayed in BWP. It was a great experience, and I’d recommend it. 👍✅

We’ve stayed at major hotel chains around the world and throughout Pakistan, and Best Western Multan still surprised us as one of our best experiences. I was there with my kids, and the comfort and hospitality were top-notch. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the staff were warm, attentive, and cooperative at every step. Everything from check-in through check-out was handled flawlessly. The service and comfort honestly surpassed many familiar brands, including PC, moven pick and Ramada. I’d recommend it to families and anyone seeking premium comfort and outstanding hospitality in Multan. Truly impressed!

On the way back from Islamabad to Karachi, I chose Best Western Hotel again. I’d stayed there on the outbound trip too, and the friendly reception and restaurant staff made me want to return. Miss Tehreem, the restaurant hostess, was especially welcoming. For anyone staying in Multan, I think it’s a great option.

We got sleepless nights because my family was put beside noisy, rowdy bachelors who were partying. The rooms have no soundproofing at all. Either this hotel isn’t suited to families, or the management doesn’t know how to manage it.

Great stay, and the staff were the best. Arslan Bhai at reception gave mind-blowing service. Bro, stay blessed.
