Hotel Sindbad

There were two rats in the room, and nobody seemed to care or listen. I asked to switch rooms or check out after just 2 hours from check-in, but they didn’t help. The lower staff were cooperative, but Receptionist especially Tanveer was extremely ignorant, behaved badly, and didn’t even seem to know the basic rules of being a receptionist. Pathetic service.

The floor was covered in dust and hair, and the bed was broken on one side. They gave us a smelly, dirty blanket and a stinky, dirty sheet and pillow cover, so we covered them with a dupatta to have something to put our face on and sleep. We also found an extra pillow above the cupboard, completely covered in dust. The room was so dirty, and the service and staff were horrible. They don’t deserve even one star. This was the worst experience of my life. Save your money and never go here.

The rooms are good value for money and neat, but the sheets and quilt still smell of cigarettes. I complained, and they said they dry-clean them properly, but the smell remains. The WiFi speed is below average too. It would make a better impression if they provided toiletries in the washroom like other hotels of this type. If those issues are a concern, go for ramada and pay double, and you’ll definitely feel the difference. I hope I never have to come back here, probably making this my first and last stay because of the smell from the bedsheet and quilt. I posted some pictures of their executive room for reference.

The rooms, staff, service, food, furniture, lighting, and decoration were all quite good, and the washrooms were tidy and clean. The entry gate is hard to reach and hurts the overall impression. If you miss the entrance, you have to go a long way to make a U Turn and come back.
