The hotel is in a convenient spot, and I found the atmosphere calm and pleasant. My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful, and service came promptly. A good, dependable place to stay. I'd come back.

The location is just awful. Still, when I reported a washroom problem in my first room, they changed it quickly and gave me a better room at no extra charge. Aside from that, I had a good experience.

If you're planning a trip to Multan, this is one of the best hotels there. Everyone should give it a visit.

The hotel looks nice, and my superior room was good with good service. Breakfast was very average, though, and the rates are reasonable. The location is pretty ordinary, so I'd say it's mainly for business travelers. It's better than their other property, De Shalimar.

The rating is low. I wouldn't call it pathetic, but it's close. At Sundas hll the washroom door was broken, and the washroom itself was badly placed. There was no lift to get upstairs.
