Waseem looked after us throughout and was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure things were right. The service was spot on from the start, and we’d happily stay again. The whole place felt like a real gem.

The staff are really cooperative. From the balcony rooms, you get lovely sunrise views through the window and from the balcony 😍

We had a terrible family stay at 7K Heights Murree Pindi Point. It cost 5000 rupees for 4 hours, and the woman who answered the phone took half the payment in advance through Easypaisa to book it. Waseem, another attendant on site, told us that the person on the phone was the owner. She sent fresh-looking photos of the rooms on the top floor, but they may have been taken when the building was first furnished or built. When we arrived, the rooms smelled awful and were dirty. There was hair all over the rooms and bathrooms. We asked the attendant to replace the sheets, comforters, and cushions, and he brought some that were less dirty. We tried room freshener and perfume, but even after 3-4 hours the bad smell hadn’t eased. The carpets, beds, and quilts also had what looked like black fungus. I suspect they hadn’t been cleaned because of the owner’s neglect and greed. We asked the attendant for a refund, but he told us to forget it because it wouldn’t happen. We felt tricked. I visited 7k heights with my family for the first time. The management was amazing, and we really appreciated the service from Waseem, a young guy. The rooms were neat, and the environment was good too. Families and friends should visit 7k heights.
