We took one of the resort carts for an hour to see the Nathia Gali scenery, and that was a lovely part of our four-day stay. The salon and spa treatments, including massages, were very good too. The foot massage setup could use attention, though: the seating felt awkward, one side had no proper stool, and the stool there was wobbly enough to nearly tip. The staff still handled things professionally and gave great service. DoubleTree by Hilton Nathia Gali is a beautiful hotel with well-kept, comfortable rooms, good facilities, and gorgeous surroundings. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout, room service was quick, and the food was excellent. We had a fantastic, relaxing visit and would recommend it to anyone coming to the hills. We’d happily return.

The rooftop bonfire was arranged for us, and staff stayed available late into the night. That made the four days at Doubletree feel really special and gave us memories we’ll keep. Room service was great too, with fresh cookies brought to us every day. I especially remember Ali Shaheer, Waqar Hussain and Muhammad Ghalib for the way they treated us. The reception and Buffet hall teams were lovely as well. Everyone was welcoming, respectful, sweet, and quick to help, and they made the stay feel like a five-star experience. The location is beautiful, but how people make you feel is what matters, and I felt like royalty. The main courses were always delicious. They clearly put a lot into presentation, though some things could still improve, and dessert wasn’t my favorite. I definitely recommend DoubleTree if you’re thinking of staying there.

Breakfast was especially memorable thanks to Safeer Ahmad. He was welcoming, attentive, friendly, and very professional, and his hospitality made the meal stand out. The food at Zareen Restaurant was delicious too. With the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful hotel, and stunning views, we had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Nathia Gali. We’ll definitely visit again.

We had a lovely family meal at Zareen Restaurant, with freshly prepared hot dishes and plenty of variety. The food was excellent, and the lovely view and warm hospitality made the meal memorable. Safeer Ahmed looked after us throughout and was attentive and excellent. I’d recommend it.

I was only visiting DoubleTree by Hilton for the day, but the service still made the experience feel special and premium. Safeer Ahmed was warm, courteous, and attentive, and kept everything running smoothly with real professionalism. At Zareen Restaurant, the food was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and excellent. The setting felt sophisticated but comfortable, suitable for a family gathering or a business meeting. The hotel itself was clean, elegant, and welcoming as soon as I walked in. I’d especially recommend a visit to Zareen.
