The lawn was lovely and peaceful, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. They kindly offered us fresh, ripe fruit, too. Our son had a blast in the play area and with the indoor games, so it was a perfect family stay. We’ll be back!

We left without spending even one night and had to find another hotel. When we asked about a refund, the response was outright rude. None of our rooms were ready when we arrived, and the cook was rude as well. The building and furnishings are old and in very poor condition. They show attractive pictures, charge a very high price, and insist on 50% in advance, so you're stuck because they refuse to refund it. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

We had a great time here with my university friends. It's a good spot for relaxing in nature, and some nice hiking places are close by. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. I'd recommend it for a group trip or a weekend away.

At European Complex guest house, everything was clean and well maintained, right down to the washrooms. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating. My family and I had a wonderful visit and would definitely come back.

The outdoor space was our favorite, with swings and slides for the kids and a nice area to sit. In Bhurban, it's a great family place to stay. The rooms are neat, with the latest amenities, hot water, and both gas and electric heaters. There's also a balcony where you can sit and take in the view.
