The menu was limited, but the food tasted good, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I wanted a quiet, restful place away from noise and chaos for my elderly parents, and this was just right. Really happy with the stay, definitely recommend it.

The property’s views were a constant delight, and breakfast had something for everyone. The room was spotless, which matters most to us when travelling with children, and every facility we needed was provided without any issue. My family and I were so glad we stayed at Hotel One Bhurban. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our requests, and welcomed us from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect family getaway, with outstanding value and service. I completely disagree with any negative reviews, our experience was flawless. We’ll definitely return for another family vacation and recommend it without hesitation.

The mutton karahi was really good, and the staff were super hospitable. Excellent accommodation and service. I especially want to mention Zohaib sb at reception, who made sure we were comfortable.

The rooms are quite spacious, with warm water running continuously, and they take excellent care of their guests. It’s an excellent place to stay with amazing service. My one recommendation is to improve the food taste. I’ll definitely come back.

The room was spotless, the bed and linens fresh, and both the hot water and Wi-Fi worked just fine. We had quick check-in, tasty food with prompt restaurant service, and staff who were warm and professional. Hotel One Bhurban is also handy for Murree attractions, and the stay felt like good value. I’d happily come back.
