Raees Khana Hotel Nathigali

The location looked promising, and I expected the food to match what seemed like a high-end restaurant. Instead, the meal was disgusting, everything stank, and we waited about 50 minutes. I had to ask again and again for clean glasses. The garlic naan turned out to be cardamom naan, though staff insisted it was garlic. The cheese naan was just over-fried roti with no cheese inside. The chicken nuggets I ordered for my daughter were on the menu, but they said they had none and offered chicken strips with chips. The strips were very dry and spicy, and the chips arrived cold and oily. When we complained, they ignored us and kept serving other people. The toilets were so unhygienic that we couldn't wash our hands and had to use wipes. Now that I'm home writing this, I've got a stomach ache. The bill came to 33,000 rupees, which was overpriced.

What made Raees Khana a great choice for my two-night stay was the beautiful view and the quality of service. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help. I was very happy with the experience and would happily return. I’d strongly recommend the place.

We held our nephew’s destination wedding at Raees Khana, Nathia Gali, and the whole occasion went smoothly. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were cooperative with excellent service. It made a very special family event memorable. Highly recommended for weddings or family gatherings in the hills.
