Retro Cafe was clean, the service felt professional, and parking was decent. We also had hot water in the bathrooms and a view of the valley to the east. Breakfast was complimentary with a range of desi nashta, though they should add more western choices. The rooms were cozy and had suitable heating, and all the basic facilities were there. After we got a room with a bad smell, the manager moved us to another one that was much cleaner and better furnished. Still, the hotel doesn’t look as good in person as it does in the pictures. Some rooms have maintenance problems and can be noisy or smelly, so choose carefully. I’d recommend it to families looking for a nice, clean space, but keep those issues in mind.

Mr. Amjad made us feel comfortable and happy on our TRIP, and was a great host. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and both the room service and food were excellent. I really enjoyed the parathas at breakfast after a very long time. My stay at THE VIBE by Ambiance went smoothly, and I enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommended 🌟

I paid around Rs. 24,000 for a night in the Executive Club Room, and it was one of my worst stays. Noise started outside and in the hotel from early morning, including housekeeping and staff talking along the corridor, plus furniture being moved. At night, someone was having a BBQ and bonfire, and smoke filled our room and the corridor. There’s no soundproofing, and the noise continued until 4 AM, so I couldn’t sleep all night. For that price, it was a pathetic experience. Roomy next to the building is a much better place to stay. I really don’t recommend this hotel.

The location is good, but this will be my last stay here. There are very few staff, so orders take too long to arrive. One person in the cafe was trying to look after lots of guests, and other departments had the same problem. With staffing like this, you won’t be able to perform well in the future.

Rooms 310-307 are directly below the cafe and kitchen on the 3rd Floor, and the noise ruined my vacation. The sound of feet, moving chairs, and kitchen and cafe activity vibrates through the rooms and keeps making a nuisance, so you can’t sleep. This was my first time here, and I’m never coming back.
