We rented three rooms for two nights. They were average, and the sheets were dirty, but staff replaced them when we asked. The toilets were clean, hot water was available, and the staff were very kind and brought us everything we needed. The location was fine for the price we paid.

The rent is far too high for what they offer. Service was awful, the washroom below average, and there was no cleanliness. At check-in I told the owner to have the staff change the pillow covers. Not worth a penny and I don't recommend it.

Stayed here with my family and give the property five stars for the hospitality from the owner and staff, the services, hygiene, and food.

We booked eight hotels on our trip, and this was easily the worst. The solar backup only ran one bulb and charged a phone slowly. There was no hot water, no hospitality, and the hotel manager treated us terribly. They didn't even have kitchen cutlery, so they gave us disposable plates. Most rooms were empty, which makes the reason pretty obvious. The view is one of the worst in Shogran too. I would never recommend staying here.

There was a balcony in every room, which was the best part. The rooms and beds were clean, and the owner was friendly and very helpful.
