I had an exceptional stay at [crown city]. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was immaculate, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. Its location made it easy to explore [city/area], with public transportation and top attractions close by. The breakfast buffet had a delicious, varied selection. I was impressed by the attention to detail and personalized service, from the complimentary welcome drink to the helpful concierge team. The views of Jhelum River were nice, and the rooms were clean with good room service. Hotel Crown is a beautiful place in Muzaffarabad, with air-conditioned rooms and Wi-Fi. Prices are very suitable, and it's a good, low-cost overnight stay for a family on a normal budget. Enjoyed it a lot and will be back with my gang of friends soon. Recommended for a night, though don't go if you need better choices.

Overall, I had a poor experience and wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms are cramped, untidy, and poorly ventilated, with poor room service and low-quality Wi-Fi. The bathrooms don't have enough space to bathe or use the commodes. There was no hot water, food service, or laundry.

I paid 2800 per day for a room for five to six people. The rooms are on the first and second floors, with no rooms on the ground floor, where there's only the entrance and main counter. The hotel is on the main road, near the city's main entrance. Rooms were neat and clean, and AC, TV, and Wi-Fi were available. There's no kitchen. It could count as a three star restaurant.
