The staff at Pine View Hotel were polite, professional, and ready to help. Room service was quick, and the food was fresh and delicious. Our rooms were comfortable, spacious, neat, and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The peaceful location made it easy to get away from everyday noise and stress. I had an amazing stay and would recommend Pine View Hotel for a family trip, time with friends, or just to unwind. Will surely visit again! 🌿✨

Worst stay of my whole trip. The room smelled so bad you couldn't bear to stay in it for 10 minutes. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty and smelly, and there wasn't even a mirror. Service was painfully slow, and they didn't bring the heater back in the morning. WORST EXPERIENCE.

The rates keep changing, and I'm not satisfied with the hotel's services or commitments. The administration's attitude isn't good. Overall, poor service.

We only stopped here for lunch and didn't go inside the hotel. The location is good and the hotel looks nice, but the biryani we ordered didn't taste good.
