Imperial Hotel Naran

Imperial hotel made a strong impression. During my trip through Kashmir and the northern areas, I found it better than the other hotels I stayed at. The rooms and toilets were clean, and hot water was available around the clock.

The balcony view is one of the best things here, and the hotel is on a street. I found the room quality very good and the prices low, so I think it's a good option for college or university tours, or when you're staying away from home. My suggestion is to check this hotel out.

I didn't get the room I was shown and booked, and the pillows were a bit dirty. The staff were arrogant and very uncooperative. When I asked to have the room cleaned, they said the sweeper was sleeping, even though it was the middle of the day. The water was freezing cold, there was no geyser, and there was no internet service. The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach my room either. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location was nice for an overnight stay, though not for chai khana. We had a big, clean room that worked well for a large family of adults and kids. I wasn't happy with the WC toilet, but they do have another one on the 3rd floor.
