The workshop and meeting arrangements were smooth, comfortable, and properly managed. I visited Serena Hotel Peshawar for a workshop and found the cleanliness, security, environment, and management professional and well maintained. I didn't get to try the cafés or restaurants, but the hotel's hospitality and ambiance were excellent. To me, it's currently far better than the previously known Pearl Continental (PC) for atmosphere and upkeep. Definitely one of the finest places in Peshawar right now.

The food was excellent, with a good variety of delicious dishes. The staff are polite, respectful, and always willing to help, making guests feel comfortable and valued. Well kept gardens and outdoor areas add to the relaxing atmosphere. A great spot for tourists, family gatherings, meetings, or special events.

The staff were courteous, attentive, and professional, and the facilities and rooms were well maintained and comfortable. Serena Hotel is in the city center, with easy access to major attractions. Special thanks to Mr. Zahir, who was consistently welcoming and approachable. His professionalism, clear explanations, and readiness to help made our experience better. The housekeeping team, Atif and Bahadur, deserve a special mention for keeping my room spotless each day. They were punctual, polite, and their hard work really stood out. I had a very pleasant stay at Serena Hotel. It was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the professional staff were always ready to help.

The room gets above 30 degrees Celsius at night, and I couldn't sleep at all. In winter the air conditioning doesn't work, while the heating is so intense that it's hard to sit in the room for long, even with the so-called Fan only function. A comfortable ambient temperature should be around 22 degrees Celsius / 70 degrees Fahrenheit, but it isn't. I complained to hotel staff and management several times, and the problem remained. Travellers beware.
