The restaurant service was the best part of my stay at Avari Express. The atmosphere was just right, and the staff made dinner memorable. Special thanks to Ms.Sania for her warm, professional hospitality. I’d gladly return and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for premium service and a peaceful stay.

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which was the one bright spot in my stay in Room 123. The suite had no real separation from the corridor, since the main door couldn't be locked, apparently because of hotel policy. It felt neither private nor secure, more like an attached hall. Staff also used a storage room in the lobby area of the suite to get mattresses and other things throughout the day, including around midnight. That was unsettling and felt unprofessional. WiFi didn't reach the room, and the mobile signal was too weak to use, so I had no internet at all. The combination made the stay uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting a proper suite.

Mr. Nouman (Duty Manager) and Mr. Asgar Baloch (Front Office Manager) went out of their way to make my three days at Avari Xpress, Islamabad comfortable and hassle-free. They were cooperative and professional, and their customer service really stood out. The hospitality throughout was top-notch. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Islamabad. 5/5.

Dinner at Avari Hotel Islamabad was a treat, with delicious food and plenty of variety. The staff were attentive and very polite. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained too, making it a great place to stay as well as dine. ❤️❤️❤️

Miss Sana made sure we were well looked after and never short of attention. The waiters gave outstanding service, and everyone was polite, professional, and cooperative. I had a really lovely meal here today, and the food was delicious. I appreciate the whole team's effort. 👏🍽️
