I loved both breakfast and dinner, and the food came promptly to my room with just one call. The internet was fast and reliable, so there was no need to go out searching for good food. At National City Hotel, the polite, helpful staff made my stay comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Rawalpindi.

The room looked dirty and had black mould. The bed was awful, and the pillows smelled of smoke. I tried calling reception, but nobody answered and the phone wasn't working. It feels like a one-star place with no improvement. They need to replace things in the room and make more improvements so it might become four or five stars in the future, insh'Allah.

Waste of money. I ordered a club sandwich, and the fries were soggy, the bread was over-toasted, and it had only egg and ketchup. Don't order food here.
