Worth knowing that the place sleeps 12, not 18 as some websites advertise. They do have extra mattresses available for a small fee. It was a little hard to find, and didn't look especially welcoming when we arrived, but inside it was beautiful, seemingly newly refurbished and finished to a high standard. The staff were great, and the rooftop restaurant next door was an absolute gem.

The penthouse on the 5th floor felt like a different world from the deteriorated building below, which should also be better lit. There was barely any light outside or on the ground floor. Inside, everything was tastefully decorated and beautiful. We stayed one night with our family and were very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were cooperative. Just one suggestion: improve the building's lighting and condition.

The place is beautiful, but it needs upgrades and the service was below average. Cleaning was very poor, especially in the washrooms. Some available things were good, but basic items were missing: no mirrors in the rooms, no trash bin, and the water supply was choked. A 4-room penthouse with 10 beds had only 5 cups for tea. There was no generator arrangement, and they don't honor their commitments.

The suite was much bigger than I expected, and we got everything the pictures showed. The location was a bit hard to find, but once there, a great host welcomed us and offered help throughout. Zakir and the staff were friendly and accommodating at any time of day. We booked in the middle of the day and got all the relevant information and contact details just 30 minutes later for that evening's stay. The only downsides were that the kitchen had just 4 glasses and the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned beforehand. Given we entered the room 2 hours after booking and the price, we couldn't have had a better stay.
